A Resort for Corporate Events, not Individual Travellers

The food was good & staff polite. Chef Ajay really made us feel welcome.

We had a one bedroom suite. It had two bathrooms - in one the flush didn't work properly and in the other the washbasin was leaking. We thought the towels had not been changed so we asked for a new set of towels. The new set of towels looked just as tired and old as the one we had returned.

A great getaway not so far from the city but gives the feel of being very far from the madding crowd

The landscaping was beautiful. Loved the food. Had breakfast and dinner on both days. Very helpful staff. The Suite was very spacious.

The fruit basket in the room could have more fresher and better fruits. Otherwise all else was on point.

Les managers débitent une carte que je ne souhaitais pas utiliser. Et ils ne font pas beaucoup d’efforts pour régler le problème. J’espère que je n’en aurai pas avec ma banque. JE PERSISTE LES MANAGERS N'ONT RIEN VOULU SAVOIR DE MES DEMANDES CONCERNANT MON CHANGEMENT DE CARTE. DU COUP J'AI PERDU 197 euros.... TOUT CA A CAUSE DE LEUR MANQUE D'ECOUTE. ET BOOKING NE FAIT RIEN NON PLUS POUR REGLER LA SITUATION ET ME SORT DES ARGUMENTS ETRANGES. APRES ILS FONT DES EXCUSES POUR LA GENE OCCASIONNEE. MAIS LE PROBLEME RESTE ENTIER. Worth a night's stay, away from the bustling city crowd.

Superb location inside a gated community on the outskirts of Bangalore. Pristine, fresh air. Well maintained property with tastefully manicured lawns, spacious and clean rooms, more than adequate indoor activities (including squash!), clean swimming pool. Food was excellent - the buffet spreads for both lunch and breakfast were more than adequate with lot of variety and good taste.

Checkin experience could've been better. Our experience started on a wrong footing but the staff did well to make up for it during the stay (with excessive apologies and a genuine commitment to do better). In room dining service missed delivering half the placed order. Waiting for it to arrive turned out to be a frustrating experience. Would have rated it high had these things being taken care of upfront.

My flight had reached earlier than their check-in time and they didn't make any fuss- gave us our suite straight away. That was really nice of them. We had a college getogether there and it's an excellent spot to have such events ...a bit far from the city with plenty of greenery around. We got a great discount as well The spa is also excellent.

The sofa cum bed was not as comfortable as some of the other hotels I've stayed in.

The staff at Reception are not trained to Welcome Tourists/ Visitors properly. They should know " Smiling is allowed " :-) The guards are far more genuine in their approach or welcoming.

They were pushing to have a Brunch instead ala carte which is not correct nor ethical. The brunch favours more for Non Veg then Veg. Once again, either new staff or poorly trained by and large. Supervisor looking passively instead of guiding or being hands on to set an example. Most importantly, very unsafe and can cause extreme danger, the tooth brush, the sharp bristles loose, due to poor quality, getting stuck in the throat causing discomfort. The house keeping / purchase manager, took the experience positively and assured to change at the supply level. Penny wise, pound foolish ( safety) should be avoided. Billing takes a long time. Bottom line, Place good. Infra good. Property good. Ambience good. Some changes required at some departments to help Clients have better experience, considering the Cost Vs Convenience Vs Customer Experience.

Beautiful grounds and great facilities but service could have been better.

Location and grounds were very good, we specifically chose it due to its location to the airport because our departure flight was very early. Breakfast was the usual buffet but the eggs were cooked to order. Airport transfer worked very well despite the very early start, bags were collected promptly and the taxi arranged by the hotel was on time.

Absolutely no service if you were by the pool, most hotels want to get you to spend a bit more by offering drinks around the pool, but not here. The whole bar system was very odd. Went to the bar on our last night and it was 10 minutes before th person who could serve turned up despite me visiting reception. We soon found out why, the restaurant serving dinner was over 200 meters away and the Batman and a waitress were basically shuttling between the locations to fulfill orders, heard work for them!

Enjoyed our stay but could have been better.

The rooms are big and decently furnished. The complimentary breakfast had the variety and was good. al-carte preparations were delicious.

Room service was below par. The Spa was not reachable on intercom neither were the timings displayed in the room. We missed out using this facility.
